I am a Family Law Attorney and the Author of How to File and Survive a Divorce in California.

My goal is to provide access to a world of information and education so that you can design the right plan for your Divorce. I am a practicing Collaborative Attorney and Mediator and the creator of our Do it Yourself Attorney Guided system for Divorce.

I understand that not everyone has the means or the need for a full service attorney but that anyone who has a family law issue needs to be able to access information to assist them in navigating the divorce process.
